Marketing: strategy, media planning and traffic buying, ad-account management.
Logistics: ground freight management, fulfillment, picking & packing, warehousing, inventory control.
Customs & Compliance: advisory, document preparation, and regulatory compliance support.

Each service is delivered under a separate agreement, Statement of Work (SOW), or arrangement between ClassyDomain and the client.

 

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth operations, the client shall:

  • provide accurate, complete, and timely information;

  • comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to goods transport, marketing activities, advertising, and consumer protection;

  • ensure the lawfulness of content and advertising claims;

  • timely approve materials and grant access to required systems/accounts (ad accounts, analytics, CMS, courier panels, etc.);

  • pay all fees and charges under the agreed terms and within specified deadlines.

If these obligations are not met, ClassyDomain reserves the right to suspend or terminate services.

 

3. Payment Terms

Payments must be made within the deadlines stated on the invoice.
Late payments may result in suspension of services, penalties, or interest charges.

 

4. Limitation of Liability

While ClassyDomain aims to deliver reliable and efficient services, the following limitations apply:

  • We are not liable for delays or losses caused by external factors (natural disasters, strikes, platform actions/policies, customs inspections, war, power outages, etc.).

  • Liability for damage or loss of goods is limited to the terms set out in the relevant contract or insurance policy.

  • Indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages — including loss of profit, data, or goodwill — are excluded.

Clients are encouraged to obtain additional insurance coverage for their shipments and risks where appropriate.

 

5. Use of Our Website

By using the ClassyDomain website, you agree to:

  • use it for lawful purposes only;

  • refrain from attempting to gain unauthorized access;

  • acknowledge that the content is for informational purposes and may change without prior notice.

Termination does not relieve the client of any outstanding payment obligations.

 

8. Dispute Resolution

The parties will seek to resolve disputes amicably.
Failing that, disputes shall be governed by the laws of Portugal and brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

 

9. Changes to the Terms

ClassyDomain may amend these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on the website.
Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updates.
